High-Altitude Coffee
Where it's grown
changes everything.
Single-origin. Fully traceable. Sourced from farms above 1,200 metres where altitude forces the plant to work harder, and the cup to taste better.

Why It Matters
Altitude isn't a detail.
It's the whole story.
01
Elevation Shapes Flavor
At high altitudes, lower temperatures slow the cherry development. Denser beans. More complex sugars. A cup that rewards attention.
02
Fully Traceable, Always
Every bag lists the exact region, farm elevation, and roast profile. You know exactly where your coffee comes from.
03
Roasted with Restraint
We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters to roast each origin on its own terms. No house blend hiding behind darkness.
04
Small Batches, Real Relationships
We source in small quantities directly from farm regions we have visited and vetted. When a harvest sells out, it is gone.

Traceability
We know every
farm by name.
Traceability is not a marketing word for us. Our Sidama beans come from cooperative farms between 2,000-2,200 metres. Our Rwenzori beans are sourced from Uganda's Mountains of the Moon. Each bag tells you where it is from.
